(More customer reviews)I bought this scale directly from Bed Bath & Beyond in February, and I weigh myself every day. It has worked perfectly since I bought it. I've noticed that, to get an accurate reading and no "ERR" error messages, you do have to make sure to wait until the scale reads "0.0 lbs" - that is, if you've entered your user information, you have to wait until it cycles through displaying your age and height - and you also have to make sure that you put your heels on the two metal pads on the scale. The scale is also lighter and more attractive than other feature-intensive scales I've used. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase.
