They all told me you need a way to find your body fat percentage. I saw this scale thought I would give it a try and it broke within a week. At first I thought it was the batteries but after spending $12 on these specific watch batteries the scale does not work anymore. I knew I was buying a cheap scale and when I got it the plastic frame just looked like it was going to be very fragile or break some other way. I did not want to spend upwards of $100 on a steel scale but now I can tell you that is the way to go. Avoid this particular scale and get yourself a good steel scale.
