(More customer reviews)I believe this is the first time I have written a "review" for any product. So, here it goes....

Very disappointed with this purchase. Bought it specifically for body fat percentage calculation. After inputing data (i.e., weight, height, age, gender, stride) the gadget keeps giving "Err" message when I try to use the body fat feature. I reinserted the battery and tried again. Same result. It keeps track of 5 people. When there is no data for the profiles, the body fat percentage feature works. But when any one profile is personalized, it keeps giving the "Err" message for that profile. I would use the feature without personalization, but it is based on a 20 year old male at 6'0" and 110 lbs. Those specs, simply put, do not apply to me and are useless.

I read and re-read the instructions for the pedometer and I followed each step accurately. I am just miffed as to why the gadget does not work, and there is no way to contact the company. No support whatsoever. No website, no phone number, no e-mail... nothing, nada, zilch!

I went online to see if I can get support from Sublime Fitness. Their website is "under construction" (assuming it's the correct company) and they say we can contact them via "info@sublimefitness". (Notice it doesn't even say .com after the e-mail.)

I sent an e-mail, but have received no response. Maybe writing this "review" is premature, but something tells me I am stuck with a gadget that fails to deliver as promised. If the matter resolves, I will update this post.

Hey... SUBLIME FITNESS... if you're there and reading this... you should be ashamed of yourself for putting a product on the market that does not work, and you should be even more ashamed for not providing your customers a way to reach you for support.

That's my 2 cents. YMMV.
