(More customer reviews)The small manual which comes with the device states that people with implantable devices such as pacemakers should not use this scale. I will have to return the item.
The instructions also state that the scale should be kept away from moisture. Apparently a bathroom would not be ideal for this unit.The black mask surrounding the numeric display arrived askew, though it was a simple matter to peel and re-stick in in the proper location.
The blue display is not bright and it could be difficult to read a weight when standing on the scale.The other measurements would be even more difficult.
I have other Escali scales which work perfectly and are well designed. This just is not the one for me.
